From operations to software delivery

Before moving to Germany, Aziz founded a business, led a factory, and built and led engineering teams. As General Manager at Srebrenicanka, he carried P&L responsibility across operations, finance, HR, legal, and sales, with 9 direct reports and 32 employees.
